While it is certainly my intention to advocate a healthy lifestyle through healthy choices in nutrition, I am also a realist. I know that some foods are traditional and some are just plain good, and while we all should strive to make wise decisions when we dine, there are those times when we will inevitably choose foods because they taste good over foods that are good for us. It is with that in mind that I will attempt to rate the recipes herein according to where I access them to be in terms of healthy eating. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being healthiest and 10 being downright sinful, I will rate each recipe for your enlightenment.
